Instant buckwheat flour is made from selected buckwheat, grown in unpolluted areas south of the European Alps. It is a food product famous for its high content of resistant starch, due to its traditional hydrothermal preparation. Instant buckwheat flour is newly developed, but based on the traditional hydrothermal technology and is excellent for quick preparation of gluten-free dishes (buckwheat pancakes, buckwheat mush… ).
